Terms of Service

By adding PewPew to your Discord server or interacting with its features, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Demonz Development. Please review these terms carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting PewPew (the "Bot") to a server, or by executing commands and interacting with the Bot as an individual user, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable local laws, and Discord's Developer Terms of Service. You represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you are inviting the Bot on behalf of a Discord guild or server, you warrant that you possess the administrative permissions and authority to bind that guild or server to these terms.

2. Description of Service

PewPew is a multi-functional Discord utility bot offering high-quality music streaming powered by local Lavalink nodes, as well as text conversation and image generation features powered exclusively by Nexara AI. Nexara AI is a proprietary, unreleased artificial intelligence model developed, maintained, and self-hosted entirely by Demonz Development on its private infrastructure. No third-party AI APIs, cloud brokers, or external intelligence providers are utilized to generate replies or media.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Bot, its codebase, interface designs, logo designs, marketing copy, and the underlying Nexara AI model architecture (including its parameters, weights, and inference pipelines) are the sole and exclusive property of Demonz Development. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, crawl, or scrape the Bot's services, nor to perform automated prompt injection, prompt harvesting, or adversarial extraction attacks designed to copy or replicate Nexara AI's weights or behavior.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use PewPew responsibly. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

5. Proprietary AI Model Disclaimer

You acknowledge that Nexara AI is an unreleased, experimental model. As with all generative neural networks, outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unexpected. The outputs generated by Nexara AI do not represent the views or policies of Demonz Development. You are solely responsible for evaluating the safety, suitability, and legality of any AI-generated outputs before acting upon or sharing them.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

PewPew and the Nexara AI service are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Demonz Development explicitly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted uptime. We make no guarantees regarding the permanence of stored user preferences, playback history, or server settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Demonz Development, its developers, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of the Bot, (ii) any conduct or content of any third party in connection with the Bot, or (iii) any errors, downtime, or output generation failures associated with Nexara AI or Lavalink music streaming.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, to suspend, terminate, or permanently restrict access to PewPew, including blacklisting specific users, Discord guilds, or servers, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service or abuse of the Bot's infrastructure.

9. Support and Community

PewPew is maintained and updated by Demonz Development. For community assistance, bug reporting, feature suggestions, or server disputes, please join our official Discord support server.
