Welcome to PewPew Bot! By using or adding PewPew to your Discord server, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By interacting with PewPew, using its slash commands, or configuring its settings, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and agree to be bound by these terms, as well as Discord's Developer Terms of Service.
2. Permitted Use & Safety
You agree not to exploit or abuse the bot's features, including but not limited to:
- Attempting to bypass security barriers, filter lists, or safety guidelines enforced on the AI chat tools.
- Flooding the bot with automated requests (spamming or DDOS attempts) that deplete the host's performance.
- Using the bot to generate, distribute, or display harmful, illegal, or sexually explicit material.
3. Intellectual Property
PewPew Bot, its codebase, interface, visual styling, logo design, and its features are the exclusive intellectual property of Demonz Development and Cyrus. You are not granted any rights to redistribute, copy, or reverse-engineer the bot or its assets without explicit permission.
4. Limitations of Liability
PewPew Bot is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Demonz Development makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding service uptime, database durability, or AI accuracy. We are not liable for any server moderation issues, loss of data, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the bot.
5. Modifications and Termination
Demonz Development reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate PewPew's services or access for any server or individual at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
