Privacy Policy
Demonz Development is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy details what data we collect when you use PewPew Bot, how we use it, and how we keep it secure.
1. Data We Collect
To operate effectively, PewPew Bot collects and stores the following minimal data points in its secure local SQLite database:
- Guild/Server IDs: To identify active music players and configure server-wide preferences.
- User IDs: To identify who triggers commands, track chat cooldowns, and store individual preferences.
- Chat History: The last 50 messages of conversation within channels where PewPew is mentioned or queried are cached temporarily to provide conversational context to the AI engine.
- User Preferences: Custom options, such as voice configurations, are stored permanently.
2. How Data is Used
Collected data is strictly used for the following purposes:
- Powering the conversational memory layer of the AI.
- Retaining history for playback and TTS operations.
- Securing bot stability by detecting and throttling spam.
We do not sell, rent, share, or trade user data with any third-party marketing companies.
3. AI Processing & Third-party Links
All AI requests (both conversational queries and voice operations) are routed securely through our gateway. We do not transmit identifiable personal data to upstream endpoints.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Conversation history is automatically pruned and capped at 50 messages per active user context. If you wish to delete your stored server preferences or individual data from PewPew's database, you can contact the Demonz Development support team via our Discord Support Server, and we will purge your records within 48 hours.
