Privacy Policy
Demonz Development is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for our users. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect the data of servers and users interacting with PewPew.
1. Privacy Preamble & Proprietary Infrastructure
PewPew processes all conversational commands and image requests locally. All AI features are powered exclusively by Nexara AI, an unreleased, proprietary large language and diffusion model developed and self-hosted entirely on Demonz Development's private server infrastructure. Absolutely no data is transmitted to, shared with, or processed by external AI vendors, third-party model APIs, or external cloud brokers.
2. Data We Collect
To provide high-quality music playback and contextual AI features, the Bot stores a minimal set of telemetry and settings in an encrypted SQLite database hosted on our private systems. We collect and store:
- Discord Server/Guild IDs — to track bot authorization, active music players, queue states, and server-wide configurations (e.g., voice and AI modes).
- Discord User IDs — to assign play permissions, manage rate-limiting, and persist individual user preferences.
- Conversational History Caches — when users mention PewPew or trigger AI commands, the last 50 text messages are cached locally to provide conversational context. This chat history is automatically pruned and capped on a rolling basis.
- Playback and Interaction History — lists of songs requested are cached temporarily to enable queue management and playback recovery features.
3. How We Use Stored Information
Demonz Development uses the collected data strictly for the following operational tasks:
- Maintaining music queues and restoring active Lavalink streaming sessions if a node restarts.
- Providing conversational memory so Nexara AI can follow multi-turn conversations.
- Detecting, preventing, and mitigating spamming behavior or bot abuse.
- Improving Nexara AI model performance through internal, offline testing (only using metadata, not identifiable personal messages).
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share user data, conversation logs, or server configurations with any advertising networks, third-party analytics platforms, or external companies.
4. Data Retention, Security, and Encryption
All databases are stored behind strict firewall and encryption controls. We run daily automated routines to prune historical logs and ensure that no message content remains in our caches beyond the 50-message cap per user. Server preferences are stored for as long as the Bot remains authorized in the respective Discord server.
5. Cookies and Telemetry
This website is static and does not use cookies, trackers, or marketing pixels. If you visit our website, your IP address may be logged in our server logs for the sole purpose of DDoS mitigation and system security, and these logs are automatically deleted after 7 days.
6. Your Rights & Data Deletion
We believe in absolute data ownership. If you wish to inspect or completely delete all stored records linked to your Discord User ID or Discord Guild, you can make a request by joining our Discord support server. All verified deletion requests are processed manually within 48 hours, resulting in the permanent, irreversible purging of your data from our SQLite database and active backups.
7. Policy Modifications
Demonz Development reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. We will announce any material changes via our Changelog page or in our official support community.
